Rik Miller is the past President of Dupont Crop Protection. He began his career at DuPont in 1984 and held numerous successive management and senior leadership positions in sales, marketing, portfolio management, account management, and business operations. He has extensive global experience, including roles as Global Business Director, Global Marketing Director, Regional Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa, and President, respectively, for DuPont Crop Protection. As the former President of DuPont Crop Protection, he was responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, directing global research and development investment, and coordinating launches of new technologies and innovative products that helped farmers around the globe address some of their most significant Ag production challenges. During his tenure as President, the business experienced record growth and exceptional new technology development and market introductions. In addition to serving as President of DuPont Crop Protection, Rik also served in corporate executive positions as an Operating Team Member and Corporate Officer of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.
